Simply create a form in your favourite layout software and then insert all required form fields (text boxes, tick boxes, radio buttons, buttons, combo and list boxes) using the PdfEditor form tool.
Filling in PDF form fields
Generated PDF forms can be opened and filled in directly in PdfEditor or with all major PDF readers (e.g. Acrobat Reader).
If supported by the PDF reader software, the PDF can then be stored by your customer including all the entered data (works with Acrobat Reader XI or newer, for example).

The trial version contains all the functions of the PdfEditor full version, however, it inserts a watermark in all edited PDFs (a backup of the original file is, of course, created). Needless to say, this limitation is not present in the full version.
